Your task in this position
- Comprehensive customer service in the process of selling flats: investment presentations, selection of offers, negotiations, finalisation of transactions,
- Preparing documents: reservation, development and sale agreements; compiling attachments to notarial deeds and, if necessary, representing the Company as a proxy.,
- Coordination of tenant change processes (collecting guidelines, verifying feasibility with the technical department, annexing),
- Cooperation with banks and advisors on customer loans; cooperation with a finishing company; monitoring payments and schedules.,
- Entering and verifying data in the CRM system (VOX),
- Participation in the acceptance of premises and coordination of the process of handing over flats to buyers,
- Cooperation with technical, legal and marketing departments (including trade fairs, offer materials),
- After-sales service and ongoing customer support.,
- Creating a positive customer experience at every stage – including simple enquiries and after-sales addenda.,
- Ensuring proper document circulation; preparing and verifying reports and letters to customers,
- Initiating improvements in customer service processes and proposing new solutions.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably on the developer side (premium segment will be an advantage),
- Knowledge of the formal and legal aspects of the primary market (contracts, prospectuses, MDM/land and mortgage registers, mortgages – basics),
- High presentation, communication and negotiation skills; customer focus,
- Very good work organisation, independence and responsibility,
- Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of CRM required,
- English will be a great advantage,
- Higher education will be an additional advantage,
- Driving licence preferred.
